For all that extra time on your hands...

I would like to start out by saying that I love anything garden and anything Japanese but...
Gardening Mama is coming out on Wii... "Nintendo’s New Gardening GameTaito, a Japanese developer of video game software, is looking to turn video gamers’ thumbs green with the announcement of its newest video game, Gardening Mama. The game will be showcased at the Tokyo Game Show, and compatible with the Nintendo DS gaming system. It’s set for a Japan release this winter, and a U.S. release date has not yet been announced, but its arrival is likely.Gardening Mama will be an extremely hands-on game that will allow players to pick and plant bulbs, water your garden, apply fertilizer and even impress your neighbors."

This reminds me of the Christmas my Dad got me a robotic dog and I had to say, "But Daaaaaad, I have a reaaaaaaal dog!" (sorry Dad)

So it goes a little like this, "But Wiiiiiiii, I have a reaaaaaaaal garden!" When the hell would you get around to doing this? In February? Is it a good way to teach kids? I prefer a more hand-on approach, I must say...

Thanks to Krista for the heads up!
